Coming soon: AI layeron your cinema data

Your cinema’s own booking app

Sell seats, food and drink in one iPhone app with your name on it. Change it live from one portal, and own the data on every booking.

Your team runs the app. No supplier ticket, no App Store wait.

Try it: pick an operator, a theme or your own brand colour. The phone updates at once, and all 23 colour pairs are checked against WCAG 2.2 AA before anything goes live.

Seats, food and tickets in one booking. Bigger orders, shorter queues.

  1. Pick seats on the cinema’s own map

Customers choose the exact seats they want on the real auditorium. Each seat is held on your server, so it is never sold twice.

  2. Add food and drink to the booking

Your menu and combos are offered at the moment people pay, not in the foyer queue. They collect at the counter or get it at their seat.

  3. Open the ticket in the app

The ticket lives on the phone and opens with no signal, so the door keeps moving on a busy night.

Change almost everything live. Only your icon needs a new build.

Prices, menus, seat maps, offers and branding reach customers the next time they open the app. Only your icon and App Store details need a release.

An AI layer on your cinema data. Built on MCP.

Seatfold will run an MCP server, the open standard AI agents use, on top of your booking data. Your team, your customers and your suppliers all get more from it.

Answers questions about your sales

Ask which shows were quiet last week or where bookings drop out, in plain English.

Drafts offers and changes for you

An offer for a quiet show or a late screening for a busy one, waiting in your portal for your team to publish.

Puts your showtimes in AI assistants

Customers ask an assistant what’s on tonight, see your free seats and book in your app.

Email us a question

Is it a native app or a web view?

Native. The app is built in SwiftUI for iPhone, and the seat map is drawn on the phone.

Do we get our own App Store listing?

Yes. Each operator gets its own build with its own name and icon. Everything else changes from the portal.

Can we run more than one cinema?

Yes. Each venue has its own screens, seat maps, menus and features, all under one operator account.

Can customers order food to their seat?

Yes, at venues that turn on seat delivery. Food goes into the same booking as the tickets, priced by the server.

Who owns the booking data?

You do. Every step from first tap to payment is yours: films viewed, seats picked, food added and drop-outs. Personal details are stripped, and customers can opt out.

Do you support loyalty and memberships?

Not in the app yet. Points, memberships and gift cards are already modelled on the server and come next.

Do we have to replace our ticketing system?

No. Seatfold is your customer app and portal. It connects through an adapter, written once we have licensed access to your system.

How does the app take payments?

Checkout runs in a test mode today. Apple Pay arrives through a payment provider once your merchant account is set up.
